The Platform is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you add to the Platform.

Children's information
The Platform’s purpose is to help parents and guardians manage childcare. As an account holder, you may provide information about your child, including name, age or date of birth, photographs, schedules, care arrangements, dietary needs, allergies, and similar details necessary to use the service. We do not collect information directly from children. All information about children is provided by their parent or legal guardian.
We treat children’s information with extra care:
- We collect only what is needed to provide the service.
- We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
- We retain it only while your account is active, plus a limited period required to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
- You can update or delete your child’s profile at any time from your account, or by emailing info.kiderra@gmail.com. On request, we will permanently delete your child’s information from active systems within 30 days.
If you believe your child’s information has been added to the Platform without your consent, contact us immediately at info.kiderra@gmail.com and we will remove it.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on the Platform, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
